MSN/Hotmail Users

To ensure proper delivery of Hyperion Financial emails to your MSN or Hotmail inbox, please follow the following steps:

1. Log in to your Hotmail or MSN e-mail account (Be sure to log-in directly from http://www.hotmail.com or http://www.msn.com)

2. Click the ‘Options’ tab.

3. Select ‘Safe List’. (found under the heading ‘Mail Handling’)

4. In the space provided, enter customerservice@hyperionfinancial.com

5. Click ‘Add’

6. Click ‘OK’ once you see in the ‘Safe List’ box.
