. . . . Lantronix (NASDAQ: LTRX) – Sell

LTRX has been in our portfolio since October of last year.  It’s been a solid investment for us.  As of this writing, the stock is a 49% winner.

Let’s go ahead and sell our shares in the company and capture those profits.

News on the company has been mostly non-existent lately, and average volume has dropped quite a bit.  That could result in substantial volatility in the stock.

What’s more, it’s never a bad idea to take profits now and then.  49% is a pretty solid gain after all.

Now’s the time to sell your shares of LTRX.

. . . . Towerstream (NASDAQ: TWER) – Buy up to $2.10

We bought TWER back in April, and the stock has seen choppy trading since then. However, the shares recently got a boost and our position is now a 10% winner.

Basically, the company announced it’s teaming up with communication equipment giantAlcatel-Lucent (ALU).  The partnership will see ALU deploying TWER’s small cell wireless infrastructure equipment.

Clearly, this is big news for TWER as it should lead to a significant boost in revenues.  As such, it’s a good time to buy TWER up to $2.10 if you don’t yet own the shares.

. . . . US Geothermal (AMEX: HTM) – Buy up to $0.70

HTM is one of my favorite micro cap companies, but it can be frustrating to own at times. Investors tend to sell off the stock in between big news announcements.

The share price will drop despite very little being wrong with the company overall.

There’s basically no way HTM is going to be unsuccessful as long as it continues to develop its geothermal sites into energy producers.  And, with oil once again ticking higher, alternate sources of energy are going to start attracting more attention.

Be patient with HTM. It’s a great company with a good future ahead.  In fact, we’re lowering the buy up to price to $0.70.  Go ahead and grab the shares now if you don’t own them.
